The Studio is THE place to get moving!

The Studio Dance Company is a full scale dance studio right in the heart of Battle Ground, Washington. With a line up of classes for youth and adults including tap, jazz, ballet, hip hop, cheerleading, tumbling, and more, open to anyone ages 2 and older, we’ve got something for everyone!

At The Studio, our goal is to provide a fun, positive place for you to learn, grow, and develop new talents and skills through movement, exercise, rhythm, and more. All while building confidence, sportsmanship, improved abilities, talent and new friendships along the way.

We are proud to offer classes on both a competitive and recreational level. Our rec. classes run weekly from Sept-June focusing on strong foundational skills and an overall knowledge of the genre being taught. We don’t just dance, we have fun! Classes are taught by educated, well trained, caring teachers that want you to feel successful as well as a valued part of each class. Our competition teams work year round to grow into beautiful dancers and performers. Teams are given the opportunity to work with master teachers, special guests, attend conventions and workshops, as well as take the stage at several competitions throughout the region. Both programs end the year with a fantastic, family friendly, staged recital where our students shine in front of family and friends. It’s an event not to be missed.

The Studio is owned and operated by Wendy Gardiner of Battle Ground, WA. As a mother of 6, Wendy knows the importance of wholesome, engaging, and affordable activities for children and families. Helping young children to grow in confidence, to stay healthy, and to have fun is what we work so hard to provide.

Wendy has been teaching dance and gymnastics for over 35 yrs and continues to love every minute she spends with her students and their families. Her main goals are to give her students joy, self-confidence, great friendships, and a boost of self esteem with every step she teaches.
